Rooted in Science, Suited for Corporate performance

Starting in 2020, a scientific research project led by 4 universities and European corporates, started investigating the power of sensory, emotional, and spiritual capacities to lead in complexity. Our current world evolves fast, often reaching limits of analytical skillsets either in complexity or speed of evolution. This multi-disciplinary research program, funded by European Union, involved 4 major universities and corporate associates like Sanofi, De Klausen or Mediatalo. Started with Universities and students as a key targets for the proof of concept phase, after 2 years of research, the PROCESS program evolved to fit the needs of the corporate world. 

SES Lab was born, and since then supports corporate transformation and the emergence of leaders able to adress complexity by leveraging new skillsets and capacities.
